                             技 術(shù) 要 求

1 .芯片方向一致;翅片排列方向一致，且不得有倒伏現(xiàn)象.

2 .所有零件釬焊后應(yīng)牢固，美觀，不得有脫焊和明顯變形現(xiàn)象.

3 .試壓檢驗(yàn):水壓強(qiáng)度1. 8M pa,保壓5分鐘；氣密性1.3 2M pa,

保壓3分鐘均不得泄漏和變形.

4 .內(nèi)部不得有雜物，外表美觀，不得有明顯磕碰、劃傷.

5 .吹干內(nèi)部擦凈外表、管口封口.

6 .表面噴黑色亞光烘干磁漆，漆層附著力好，不得有起泡和掉漆等現(xiàn)象.
