增深增艷整理劑HOLPOSON? Vibrance

HOLPOSON? Vibrance 通過改變纖維表面的光學(xué)性質(zhì)，從而獲得表觀深色效果，是適用于各種天然、合成纖維浸軋的增深劑，提高表觀深度，保持持久光澤，能使色深提高30%-50%，賦予織物的增深、增艷、增加光澤性效果，且不影響織物的染色牢度，摩擦牢度。

二、使用方法

1. 浸漬工藝：

HOLPOSON? Vibrance 2～ 3 ％（對(duì)織物重）

溫 度 30 ～ 40 ℃

時(shí) 間 15 ～ 20min

HOLPOSON? Vibrance 30～ 50 g/L

軋液率 70 ％

浸軋 → 烘干(110℃×1～3 分鐘) → 定型(150℃×1～2 分鐘)

產(chǎn)品性能

1. HOLPOSON? Vibrance 賦予織物的增深、增艷、增加光澤性效果；

2. 對(duì)于一些深色織物，其增深效果更佳；

3. 不影響織物的染色牢度，摩擦牢度；

4. 賦予織物良好的平滑柔軟手感。

注意事項(xiàng)

1. 化料時(shí)用冷水或溫水（約30-40℃），可產(chǎn)品良好的加工穩(wěn)定性；

2. 增深處理過程中，用量要根據(jù)工廠實(shí)際用量來進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)，與其他助劑使用時(shí)，務(wù)必提前做好實(shí)驗(yàn)，確認(rèn)效果；

3. 面料、織物偏厚時(shí)，可以適當(dāng)增加浸漬時(shí)間，提高增深增艷效果。

貯 存

HOLPOSON? Vibrance 包裝：50、60KG 塑料桶，貯存期為 12 個(gè)月。 室內(nèi)存放，避免高溫、嚴(yán)寒。



Color Deepening and Brightening Finishing Agent

HOLPOSON? Vibrance

Vibrance can change the optical properties of the fiber surface to obtain the color deepening effect. It is suitable for deepening the apparent color of various natural and synthetic fibers and maintaining their lasting luster. It can increase the color depth by 30% -50% and give the fabric excellent deepening, brightening and glossy effect while not affecting the dyeing fastness and rubbing fastness of the fabric.

Usage:

1. Impregnation treatment:

HOLPOSON? Vibrance: 2 - 3% (o.w.f.)

Temperature: 30-40 ℃

Duration: 15-20min

2. Padding treatment:

HOLPOSON? Vibrance: 30- 50g/L

Liquid retention rate: 70%

Padding → drying (110 ℃ x 1-3 minutes) → heat setting (150 ℃ x 1-2 minutes)

Characteristics:

1. The HOLPOSON? Vibrance gives the fabric excellent color depth, brightness and luster. It improves the light depth effect;

2. For some dark fabrics. The deepening effect is better:

3. It does not affect the dyeing fastness and rubbing fastness of the fabric;

4. Give the fabric a good smooth and soft hand feel.

Attentions:

1. Dissolve the product with cold water or warm water (about 30-40 ℃), which can ensure good stability in the process;

2. In color deepening treatment, the dosage of the product should be adjusted according to the actual quantity in the factory. When it is used with other auxiliaries, experiment must be done well in advance to confirm the effect;

3. When the fabric/textile is too thick, the impregnation time can be appropriately increased to improve the effect of deepening and brightening.

Storage:

Packaging of HOLPOSON? Vibrance: 50kg/plastic barrel. Storage period: 12 months. Store indoor and avoid overheat and severe cold.
